As long as you go in a large group and be very vigilant for your safety and possessions, the bowling and restaurant area can be fun. It's quite spacious but can get busy during peak times. Just don't let your guard down inside or out in the parking lot. I suggest a fanny pack.
My husband and I decided we wanted to go play pool. So we chose Main Event since it is a non smoking place and they have other fun activities. We arrive around 6 pm on a Friday evening and decide to get the ALL YOU CAN PLAY PASS for 22.99 per person plus 4.95 for bowling shoes. The front desk lady was extremely sweet and kindly answered any questions we had. We started off playing pool. They had 9 tables available to play on plus shuffleboard at the back. They had this in the bar section. They also had waitstaff so you can order food and drinks while you play. Everything was in excellent condition and a great atmosphere. Next we hopped over to the bowling area and played a few games. There were plenty of balls to choose the right size from. There was more than enough room for us to comfortably play and sit without being in our neighbors' space. There was classic R&B hits playing on the music and the sports games were on the TV in the background. Alex was our waitress, she was personable and brought our food quickly. She always had a cheerful smile on her face as she walked around helping others. We ordered double cheeseburgers with extra pickles and fries. They were delicious! Next we bought tickets for the dark ride. 7 per person. John got us set up, gave us glasses and wished us fun. We did the zombie which was 5 stars for scary. It was intense. Super fun. Next we did Laser Tag. We signed up for 5 times but only played 2 times. Main reasons were not enough air flow in the room, and CHI who was the attendant was EXTREMELY rude. Very passive aggressive. Very unpleasant with both parties for no reason. We were all shocked by her rude snappy attitude. The game itself was incredibly fun and a good ending to a great date night. They had a lot of games to play and they all looked fun. I didn't see any out of commission. The bathrooms were well maintained. All areas were clean and free of trash. There were 2 police officers sitting at the bar. Not sure if they were on duty as I never saw them look around, their backs were to the general public everytime I saw them and they were engrossed in conversation with each other. But not to worry, I was working undercover and always carry for protection. In conclusion, this is a great place to bring your family or date night. Enjoy!

Maria was incredibly helpful and organized, ensuring we had ample time to conduct a site visit and plan our setup flawlessly. The venue was the perfect space to celebrate and honor educators, providing a fun and engaging atmosphere that truly elevated the experience. Our Green Screen Photo Booth and Roaming Photo Booth were a huge hit, and the entire Main Event team made sure everything ran smoothly. Great place to have a good time. Pool tables, bowling, cool games that all work! Kids running around as expected but still much fun for a date night or just to get away and have some fun.
The gentleman working the desk was also the waiter. He was very friendly and attentive to us. I ordered the traditional wings, and they were surprisingly good, very tasty. We went in the early evening hours on a week day, so the crowd was a nice minimum size. Great experience overall.
